I am rating the Montefiore Orthopedic appointment system. They "DO NOT HAVE" SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS (SDA).
I have had the unfortunate event to be in need of a same day appt. because of a back pain that kept me home for several days. I had to "beg", "pled", and was continually told that their "next available appt. was in two week"! I had to ask to speak with Practice Manager, and eventually with a doctor whom understood the amount of pain I was in and accepted to put me in to see a Physician Assistant.
I ask that someone at Montefiore Ortho. sees this review and decide to enhance their appt. system to allow for "SDA" to accommodate injured patients.
