Upon my visit to the store, I was immediately greeted by the front desk attendant. I had a package to send and didn't have the materials to place my products in. The attendant was able to provide me with one of their many services of packing my product in the properly sized shipping box. This was an incredible time saver for me. I popped in right before heading into work and was able to have my product packaged and shipped with a tracking number. My customers were happy in receiving their package and I am happy with the excellent service I was given.

This is my go to place in Montclair because of the fine customer service that you receive. I had someone lose a package and they were able to trace it based on their records. Of course, I had lost mine.

Dear T,

My wife and I have spent the whole day reviewing all of our records for Fedex over the past two months and we can not find any international shipments that were troublesome. I wish that you had come to us first before spreading your distaste for our family owned business. Please, if there is anything that we can do to make you "whole" contact me directly.
