Montclair Residences

I wanted to take the time to give some feedback about my experience at the Montclair Residence. I have been residing there since last November and since I have moved in everyone on the administrative and maintenance end has been a real pleasure. Anytime I need something done, they respond immediately, are efficient and make my life easier. That's why I live there - exactly what they told me to do when I thought about signing a lease is what has happened. Micah, Luci, Jim, Nick, Dwayne, Alnysa and Nicole have been fantastic.

The way they handle situations is important - they communicate effectively and make sure that no matter what the resident comes first. I will be here as long as I rent. Thanks so much guys for all you do!

Montclair Residences is my third apartment in the last 5 years, and I finally can say that I feel like I'm Home. The building is clean and staff are professional and friendly. The Residences offer a dog walking park that is kept clean an accessible (even in the snow). Building offers underground parking, as well as a concierge that is great for package delivery. The gym is fully functional, and is large enough to always be accessible to everyone. Building even offers a trash/receycling removal services that picks up your waste at the front door of your apartment.

Only negatives are that from time to time you can hear your neighbors through the walls, however, this has not been a major issue and the leasing office is very up front about this issue. Second small issue is the accessibility of moving carts that are offered by the building. Most times when you need one, all three are being used.

Overall, this is a place I can call home for a long time.

I moved in to this apartment with my soon to be husband in August of 2015. We were looking for a building that had underground parking, a pool, and a gym ideally. Also we have a small dog so finding something affordable with everything we wanted that takes pets is tough. When we came here we feel in love! The pet fee is very affordable and the building had everything we were looking for including walking distance to downtown Montclair. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to your needs. My only complaint would be the carts for helping bring things from the car to your apartment. Although there are 3 carts, there never seems to be one there when you need it. If you are sensitive to sound, you can hear noise when you're in the halls or sometimes through the walls. It's rare and management is up front about that on your tour when you come and look at the apartments. If you are looking for a new and modern building with all the amenities and close proximity to a great cultural environment then this apartment complex you must check out.
