My husband and I came across Montclair Performance Health and we couldn't be happier. The offices are clean and Confortable, and Dr. Chris is very professional and knowledgeable. Very easy to talk to, and he not only treats your problem, he also explains very detailed along the way every step of the treatment so you are on the same page. He has been treating me after a car accident injury, which left me with back pain.

Nothing short of AMAZING! Literally, I would not have made it through this crazy hooplah of medical conditions if it wasn't for Dr. Liz. She truly cares about her patients well being, mental health, and education. I am so blessed to have met her. Not only does she educate you but she has multiple techniques (cracks, soft, massaging, or just stretching) to use for your body when getting out that pesky knot in your L4, L6 lumbar and neck area. Oh not to mention the multiple lower back techniques that are not as abrupt and forceful as many other chiropractors use. She has no problem adjusting to you week by week for what YOUR needs are. Not only going by what "Should" happen and answering your questions. This is one chiropractor that you are happy to see each week. No I am not a previous friend or student or paid or pro-bono. Just when you've been around the block for a chiropractor (good and bad), and multiple medical doctors (good, bad, and the wacky), you praise and let others know as soon as you can when you find A DARN GOOD ONE! -Amen? :-D Again, Thank You Liz! After my wife's pregnancy, me and her have been trying to find a service that would help her get back to her normal body shape. We decided we had to check it out since it was the only one that we could possibly find. When we entered the office, the receptionist was nice and friendly and got us to meet with the doctor within 5 minutes. Right away the doctor provided my wife with a strict guided nutritional plan to follow and scheduled meetings with some of his top rated fitness trainers. The doctor made my wife and I feel so comfortable to ask all the questions and concerns we had. Montclair Performance Health & Chiropractic is a top notch health performance clinic that I recommend to a lot of post-pregnant mothers to go to. The doctor and his team are all friendly and really helpful.

Last year I decided I wanted to start running. I tried training myself but I couldn't build my endurance level. I came across a Ad for Performance health. From the minute I walked in I knew it was exactly what I was looking for. The people are so welcoming and every professional I've met with goes above and beyond to help me get to my weekly goals and the communication is amazing! All the professionals text, email, and also video chat. I was most impressed with the assesment for my PERSONAL program. In a few weeks I will upgrade and get to train with others who are on my level. They have state of the art equipment, it's clean, and their pricing is unbeatable.
