Great experience. I had my clothes cleaned in brand new machines that made my clothes soft and smelling great. Way better than my apartment washing machine that hardly cleaned my clothes and didn't make them smell clean. Completely impressed.

They wash all clothes with hot water and dry everything on high heat. They completely disregard delicates clothing and use no common sense for cleaning. Only what's fastest an quickest way to cleans loads of clothes and dry off. I do not recommend this place at all for wash & fold. Over $500 worth of clothes ruined since they can't follow common sense in washing or instructions. Owner don't even care that they made a mistake an offered a 5% discount. More insulting than anything.
