Dr Oh is fantastic but the woman at front desk (Linda) is rude, inconsiderate and lazy. She has absolutely no professionalism and should NEVER be allowed to answer the phones. Linda turns the answering service on before the office closes and will attempt to to have patients do her job (deal with insurance pre-certification). Dr Oh should not have Linda representing his practice in any capacity. Linda WILL make a normal Dr's visit a horrific experience.
