Montclair Chiropractic Associates

Due to a back injury, I have been going to chiropractors for almost 20 years in 3 different states. I've seen the good and the bad. These guys are #1 in my book. I've never had an issue getting them for an emergency weekend apt either.
They take most insurance. I found that when I am out of network (due to job change), they only charge what they would charge for a normal co-pay. And they have always been flexible with payment plans.
Having an affordable massage therapists onsite is a HUGE bonus!!
I recommend them to all my friends. All say Sam, Craig and John are excellent and have thanked me for recommending them.

Treament was decent, but overall experience was a nightmare. They processed my insurance and said they'd work with me depending on the coverage because I'm a student and I was unsure of how much I was covered. I expected that insurance had covered it, but months later got a bill for around $100. I called up and they said insurance covered nothing, and I had to work it out with them, which I tried to do. Next thing I know I'm receiving collection notices in the mail and Montclair Chiropractic won't return any of my calls to try and work something out. Ended up having to pay through the debt collector. Obviously much of this is my fault, but to give a student the impression you'll be helpful and work with him, only to throw him under the bus represented the work customer-service experience I have ever had. The Montclair Area is FULL of qualified chiropractors, so avoid Montclair Chiropractic if you can, because they only care about money.

i agree with the other review. Sam & Craig are AWESOME. i travel 1 hour away cause they're that good & thorough, have real massages as part of treamtnet and practice wholistacally. i trust them implicitly. have been using them for years by my whole family whenever needed. i could go on & on...
