- Very Good #48287
The decor is a little unusual, but the vibe is gentle and the food is good. Service is always very good and it's a good place to go if there's a few in the group. Definitely worth checking out if you want simple but tasty food.

Whilst working across the road at Kaufman Astoria Studios, I practically lived in this bar. Great food, friendly staff and, most importantly, brilliant margaritas. I already miss it.

This is our favorite brunch spot! We come here nearly every weekend. If you haven't tried the Mediterranean you are missing out! Great service and great food!

Updated : Well-prepared selection of fresh sandwiches, salads and sometimes vegetarian soups. One of the best brunch places in Astoria... The Mediterranean eggs with potatoes and pita is delicious and filling. Service has greatly improved over the years, and is consistently friendly and fast.

My daughter took me here because she somehow found out, that they have an impressive selection of draft craft beer, in particular, their selection of the IPA (India Pale Ale) style, which she knows her dad loves. The price of drafts on Wednesdays and perhaps one other day of the week( maybe Tuesday?) was at that time (May 2014) $3 for a 22 oz. draft of some of the most highly rated beers of all kinds ( porters, stouts, lagers and ales, ever a sour beer or two) made the stop very much worthwhile. They also had an impressive selection of bottled beers. They had some fine looking and smelling baked goods also and I heard they do live music on the weekends. Makes me jealous of my daughter that she lives within walking distance of such a great spot. My daughter told me that she had visited recently this place, after I returned home to Michigan, and that the waitress/barmaid who had served us while I was there, had asked about me. I would have become their, " NORM ! "
