Monica's Bridal

I first found out about Monica's Bridal last year when I went looking for my wedding dress in New York. The service I received was excellent. Daisy helped me find the perfect style dress for my body type. She was attentive, polite, and spent a lot of time with me while I was in the shop trying to find the best dress. I went to two other bridal shops, one in Manhattan and another just outside Philly. Monica's had the best selection of dresses for what I was looking for and the price was more than reasonable. The shop is absolutely beautiful and I had a more personal experience than I did at other bridal shops.

I bought a wedding gown from Monica's Bridal. I've got a lot of compliments on a wedding day, but what's most important my husband absolutely loved it. Thank you for such a beautiful gown!

I would have given 5 stars for my first three visits. Daisy was extremely helpful in helping me find a dress. In between my appointments at Monica's I went to several other stores to see their selection. I tried many, many dresses. Wanted to be absolutely sure I found THE one. This store has a great selection, the dresses are in great condition, and the store itself is stunning. Daisy was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations for me to try. She was also very patient with me.

I went back for my first fitting. The two girls I encountered, front desk and the one who helped me into my dress, were young and very inexperienced, especially in customer service skills. They asked me if I brought my shoes, and I said I have not found a pair of nice flats. What is the point of being condescending and telling me its "common knowledge" to bring THE shoes? That will not change the fact that I do not have shoes with me today! Also, I was told there would be about 3 fittings, they could have politely told me I should bring shoes next time and today it would not be advisable to work on the dresses length since I do not have my shoes picked out.
But to get to the inexperience part... I was told dresses come in one length. I am 5'9. There will be NO hemming of my dress, as being barefoot, dresses barely reach the floor. So with experience these little girls will hopefully learn to not be condescending, especially when the shoe height will not make a difference to the alterations they can do.

It was very unsettling to receive such different customer service after making my purchase.

The store is stunning in itself. Chandeliers, tall ceilings and crystals. The staff is very sweet and accomadating. Tanya was a huge help. She was friendly patient and made me feel so comfortable. I got a custom dress made out of 3 that I had tried on. It is so beautiful. The quality is top notch! I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day!

This was the best wedding dress shopping experience. The salon is beautiful and large with a great selection. For my appointment they were extremely professional and provided a fantastic service. There are no long lines and it doesn't have a warehouse feel. All the staff is amazing with a sweet and professional seamstress.
