My aunt who regularly sends money to her family in Ukraine for the past several years has been using MoneyGram locations for quite some time. She didn’t have any problems until recently when she out of convenience began to use the location 1521 Kings Hwy and dealt with your employee Angelica (please see her picture below) on several occasions. Things that I seen and things that she told me are disturbing and very unprofessional. We are facing an irritating problem in this location. It doesn’t matter what time or what day of the week, it just happens that I often stumble upon this individual and she is extremely rude, condescending person. Today when she found out I was sending money to a relative in Ukraine, he facing expression shifted and it was as if I was speaking to an enemy, she was cursing us and telling us to hurry up, even thought there was no one else there and she was just sitting there playing on her smart phone. I don’t usually file a complaint unless its something very serious, this is one of those cases. My aunt is thinking about giving her business to a different company to send money, this is the only reason she planning on doing this.

It seems that Angelica is from Russia – and due to recent events she is taking it on herself to berate people and to be mean to anyone who is Ukrainian or wants to send money to Ukraine. 1. She doesn’t deserve to work for a company such as MoneyGram, you guys are too good for her, she is unqualified. 2. This location is mainly of eastern Russians, therefore I would assume other Ukrainians come to this branch to send/receive money; believe me if she was rude and unprofessional to us. She will be rude and unprofessional to others. It is in your best interest to have this matter taken care of immediately.
