I have stayed here for half a year. This place is very convenient and close to both light rail and PATH stations. Shop rite and BJ is just walking distance. Very calm and peaceful area for living.loved it

The location is amazing as you can live barely 15-20 mins away (Path Train) from the Big APPLE. The rooms are bigger with grand windows and views when you compare to apartments in NYC or other older buildings in Newport area. However the amenities are NOT WELL MAINTAINED. The pool gets dirty, the hot tub gets ugly and then the gym equipments are older. The worst is the elevator in the north tower. I have rarely seen all three run in parallel - always one or more than one are down leading to inordinate delays. I had issues with water leak in the storage space from the pool above. Add to that there has been days and evenings with no water in the faucets for a 50 floor high rise.
The operational staff is helpful specially the leasing agents however the actual maintenance people are not that functional.

I have been living here for last 8 months and just love this place. Although the apartments are bit pricey but you have got all the amenities here- Parking place, Gym, small play area for kids, Heated Pool, Billiards room, proximity to BJs, Shoprite, Newport Mall, Light Rail Station and Waterfront. Being a high-rise building, you get a good view of sunrise/sunset. Front-desk associates are also very nice and helpful.

management is terrible here. elevators were out again last night from 4pm to 4am. no apology / explanation from the mgmt. during sandy elevators out for 5 days. no apology / no explanation. blamed other people. building is overpriced. would not recommend.
