This old fashioned up to date type of butcher shop, has the most deliciously homemade pasta varieties I've haven't seen in years. Their comfortable and hospitable care is awesome. You can take your time selecting what you want. Very cool people.

I like the fresh meats and the friendly service, I still shop there even though I moved out of Jersey City. Its worth the trip for me, I know my steaks are gonna be excellent.

made my first purchase from here about 3 months ago and before I left, I was invited to try their slab bacon. I was told it would be the best I ever had. The skeptic I am couldn't refuse so I bought a pound of it. Well, my fiancé and I tried it out and I admit: IT'S THE BEST DANG BACON WE EVER ATE. We've had bacon from all over the US, from pig farms, stores, etc....and this bacon is the absolute best. It's almost magical as we now can't stop eating it. The taste is awesome, it's not too thick or thinly sliced, has a hint of smoke flavor (in my opinion) and it just amazing. Continue the great service you are providing to out town. We'll see you again, real soon:)

This is an old fashioned butcher shop. Sawdust on the floor, the works. The meats are not kept very cold the temp is perfect and the quality of the meat is great. It's clean and Tommy has set up a nice little niche of Irish delicacies. I ran a food pantry for twenty years and went to Tommy for sandwich meat and cheese. Always the best quality and service. A great business and a throwback to what a really good local butcher was before supermarkets.
