We had a great experience! The team has been great to work with and has really taken care of us along the way. This is our first cross country move and they've made it easier than we thought it would be.

Horrible,...
Very unprofessional. First they severely underestimated the contents of my home. They sent a team of unprofessional extremely unorganized men. There attire and personal appeal was disgusting to say the least, some smelt like alcohol, dirty ripped clothes, and constantly smoking. they all stood around while one guy did all the work. The contents didn't fit on the Truck and had to send a second truck, which they charged. I have explained the situation to the Customer service and the manager several times, and they did nothing. They charged me at full price when really only one guy and I did most of the move. Really hated the service. Had to give them the payment in cash or certified check so they can release my personal belongings. Tomorrow is another day.

The guys were very courteous and careful moving my 89 year old mother into assisted living. She must have thanked them about a hundred times before they even left the house. Now it's my turn, "Thanks guys!".

Very "Unhappy with the service" if you can call it that. Picked up the contents of home on July 22nd, didn't call truck broke down. I called advised they would be there in 2 hours, that time past finally arrived at 1PM to load the truck. Then I find out it is going to a warehouse. I was told my shipment would arrive no later than the 31st of July. Well that time past, then advised the truck broke down again, and again. Notified on August 3rd would give me an update on August 5th, well the truck broke down again, on August 7th advised it would be delivered on August 11th at 8:30 in the morning. Well 9AM came and I called the driver, the truck broke down again He will let me know maybe in an hour or so. Finally he arrived at 11:30AM. Then when they unloaded the truck, my hutch cabinet which is an antique one of the glass doors was broken. I just can't believe this. Now I have to fill out a claim form. This cabinet is from the 1940's oversized in two pieces it takes 4 people to carry it and put together, they have two people no wonder why they broke my cabinet. I have to get an estimate well let me tell you, this cabinet is an heirloom over 75 years old and oversized, to match the glass, estimation on the hutch cabinet is approximately $10,000 or over. Now I am being inconvenienced again and your guys wrapped it in the moving blankets. The claim form says keep what it was moved in, lets get real here I should keep your moving blankets. I live in NJ and won't be out to Arizona till September, I like to know what else is damaged. Would I recommend them, absolutely not.

The worse move experience I have ever had. The lady, who did the estimate, missed the half of what had to be moved in a ONE bedroom apartment. Then, she tried to blame my wife for it. Because of that we rewrote the contract several times. The crew showed up late, three men, one of them drunk, the other one - totally incompetent. Only one guy knew what he was doing. They didn’t have any tools to reassemble my furniture. Luckily I had my tools available. They didn’t have any mattress boxes, or mirror cartoons. I had to provide them with all of that, but they still charged us for those. It took them 6 hours to unload a one bedroom apartment. They lied to us that our mattresses (including the baby mattress) were placed in boxes and were well protected at their storage. The mattresses were delivered 3 weeks later with no boxes. They completely crushed several boxes with lamp shades and table tops. They lost an extra large Home Depot box and didn’t even bother to search for it. They compensated only by the retail price, but there were original soccer balls from previous world cups in that lost box. As collectable items, it is impossible to replace these. with the original prices now. We haven’t received a single call, or an apology from the company.
Update: The Company management contacted us and formally apologized for the negative experience we had. They assured us, that additional quality control improvements have been implemented as they strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
