Moishe's Moving and Storage

This is my first time using a moving company and I couldn't have been happier that I made the decision to go with Moishes. They wrapped and unwrapped my furniture, built and unbuilt furniture that was too big to fit out the door, all with ease and professionalism. I was moving from an upstairs two bedroom to a one level one bedroom and they made everything work! I'd recommend them if you are moving! It's so worth it!

The movers were very fast and were great at adding extra boxes or coverings to items that needed them. The price was very reasonable. My moving job was relatively small, so I only needed two movers, but most companies insisted on setting me up with three. Moishe's actually agreed that I only needed two, which was great. They ended up sending four, but only charging the original price, which was the best of both worlds because it made the move so much faster. The office was responsive and faxed over the insurance certificate to my building right away. My only critique is that they got the date wrong at one point and I had to call them to make sure it was fixed. Other than that, good move!

Let me begin, with my Moving Specialist, Naomi she was by far the most accommodating and knowledge moving people I have spoken with. Talked to me about options and was just NICE about it.

Now for the day of the Move - I went out of the building to get something and about 30 minutes before the move and they were there and we got started early. I had everything in boxes so they just started to get me out in 90+ degree Heat & humidity and Hustled like real New Yorkers.

Upon arriving at the New Building they crossed from Manhattan to Brooklyn and were there when I got there. Again, moved me in what felt like SECONDS and even put boxes and furniture in the respected places.

Did I mention the Heat & Humidity being 90+ and theses guys never complained.
They made the move painless and seamless and EASY! I cant say enough wonderful things about the Team Moishe! SUPERB JOB 5 Stars is not Enough :)

1000% RECOMMENDED! I moved from Manhattan NYC across the country to San Francisco last summer and had Moishe's move me, best AND easiest decision I ever made! Kat was THE BEST at helping me organize and gave me an unbelievable rate. Three men came to my apartment on time, wrapped all of my bigger items up themselves incredibly well, packed the truck up in a very short time. Moishe's also held my items in storage for 2 months while I traveled and got situated in SF, then brought everything to my new SF apartment for me on time as they said again. They were so fast, reliable and amazing. It was the best price around too, by far! No question these are your go to people for moving!!! Kat thank you again!!!!!!

Great experience! Cris, the relocation specialist, made sure to arrange a proper home evaluation so I got an accurate quote. The team was on time, efficient, and moved everything safely and properly- even accounting for multiple stops to pick up items from a storage unit, etc. Would definitely use again!
