Disappointed about the poor communication with the representative assigned to our account. As a new coffee business calling from Montreal, we received very little, to no service. Waited weeks without response or feedback for our graphic design to go forward with the printing and delivery of our cups ... I usually never complain publicly about a bad experience, but in this case it felt more than insulting to not have any response to emails or text when we made our first inquiry more than a month before opening.
