Excellent service. Bottom line. Very helpful and takes the time to help you. Not like other tax places that want to rush you out the door. He actually takes the time to make sure nothing is skipped and everything is correct... I highly recommend to all my friends and family members.

Unlike many others out there that call themselves "tax professionals", he cares about educating himself in order to give his clients the good service they deserve. And we can assure you this, because Mr. Franklin Marquez passed the AFSP course, a Continuing Education course that allows him, among other things, to represent his clients before the IRS. He is a credentialed tax preparer.

of a client that was offered the bank processing option instead of paying
cash for her tax preparation service. Bank products guarantee that the preparer will get paid if cash is not collected from the client!
When you sign up for Refund Processing, your refund will be handled by Sunrise Banks, N.A. of St. Paul, Minnesota or Civista Bank of Sandusky, Ohio (formally known as Citizen's Bank). So, it wasn't sent to the wrong bank, but one of the banks that handles your refund when you elect to have your fees deducted from your federal refund.
Note: the client owns a two family property, provided W-2 from employer,
form 1098 mortgage interest from rental property, Social Security benefit form, Schedule A deductions and many more things where included, this

FOR FUTURE REFERENCE BEFORE YOU POST NEGATIVE REVIEWS ABOUT A COMPANY PLEASE AT LEAST GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO EXPLAIN THE DETAILS. Thank you! :)
NOTE.... We ask her if she wanted to pay cash to avoid bank fees and she said NO! she told us to do it with the bank, probably because at the moment she did not have cash.

This place is an absolute rip off. Do not work with this called tax professionals. They or he takes advantage of people that do not speak English and don't know any better. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

I will not not refrain from commenting as my own family members were ripped off. Let them or him know that the IRS has been contacted in order to have direct deposit stopped and a check sent instead. He will be paid his fee once the check safely arrives. Thank you.
