I totally hated the Queens Store, and hence the company. We bought an apartment and wanted to get many things, and we did, from this store. However, they turned the happiest thing for us to the worst one. The store keeps a different price list than the company web site. Since we trusted the store salesman and believed that we did get a huge discount because of us paying all cash, we didn't check the web site before we signed the purchase order. After we went back home, we checked the web site, and found out that the total was $700 higher than the site, and the total they claimed to already having huge discount was even higher if you buy it online. It made you feel like you made a stupid decision and would like just to walk away since you were deceived. BUT THEY WILL CHARGE YOU RESTOCKING FEES. We scheduled the delivery in a month (Mid Jan), and they want to charge us 20% if we cancel the order now. Can you believe a company is so eager to sell that it would cheat the customers and get every penny they get? AND they have been talking about recession. Now I know why they treated us in such a way and wanted to charge us 20% restocking fee. By the way, no restocking will actually happen since nothing is delivered yet. I would never go back to this store and buy anything from this company again. I was stupid, so if you are smart, don't ever buy anything from this company!!!
