I would never, ever recommend this business in a million years. If they were the only dentist in the world, I would rather pull my own tooth with a pair of pliers! Unfortunately all the problems that I have experienced with this practice occurred in the front office. I absolutely loved the dentist that performed my dental work but having to deal with the front office staff is not work the trip. I had an onlay done on 11/15/15. Their standard practice is to pull you out of the dentist chair and have you make a payment BEFORE ANYTHING is done. It is not necessarily a bad thing accept for the fact that staff is so incredibly rude about the process. I would also warn that if you need any paperwork for your insurance company to process a claim or reimbursement then good luck with getting the paperwork in any reasonable period of time. If you need a dental bill, you will be told that the request needs to go through their fiscal office. I did receive a dental bill about a month later, that I submitted to Alfac, only to find out it did not include such basic information like the tooth number!! Now when I call back to get a correct and accurate invoice, they hang up the phone. I still have not received a correct bill that I can submit to my insurance company as of this date!! They are so incredibly unprofessional and rude it is beyond belief that this would have in a society when there is a dentist office every 10 blocks. However, now that I think about it, the rudeness came AFTER they received a full payment. Clearly, I am not saying they are dumb. They are smart enough to get paid first. Use Yelp, Google, your insurance provider to find another practice. Do not go to Modern Dentistry where they treat people like we are living in the stone ages!
