I moved to the city recently and picked this dentist office randomly out of my dental insurance list of dentists and I learned quickly it was a BIG mistake.
The dentist is rude, cold, and entirely unfriendly. I had to have a root canal done and she practically finished the procedure before she stopped to tell me what was going on, what it meant, how much it would cost ect.
Even the receptionist is rude and dismissive. My temporary filling fell out and she did everything she could to get me off the phone without giving me an answer.
The dentist was extremely rough when working on my teeth, was not approachable or friendly and basically made this entire experience hell for me.
Please, take my advice and spare yourself. Really, its not worth your time or your money.
