The most horrendous and heinous managers and staff among all the La Madeleine locations. I purchased several of those coupon cards during the Fight Against Childhood Hunger to give to family and friends as well as for my own personal use. I went to redeem the coupon at this location and encountered the most terrible experience. It was lunch time so I guess because I elected to use a coupon, from their own charitable campaign, a staff member was unclear how to handle the coupon I gave him and got his manager. The manager informed me that I was unable to use the coupon. I wanted an explanation as to why he wasn't standing behind the coupon since it was a La Madeline coupon. That prompted an extremely rude customer to also chime in and verbally abuse me because I was taking too long for him and disrupting his lunch time. That manager did zero to diffuse the situation and handled the entire matter EXTREMELY unprofessionally. He has no business working in the food industry or being a manager if customer service is not important. Further, why is it La Madeleine has this Fight Childhood Hunger campaign and then frowns upon its customers using those coupons. Don't bother purchasing the coupons cards from La Madeleine since La Madeleine really actually would prefer you not turn them in for their product. They pretend to care about customers and charities, but the actions of their staff and managers demonstrated otherwise. I have an issue with purchasing the card to help raise the money for the charitable cause, but then being made to feel shamed by the employees of the established when I use the coupons and them further allowing me to be subjected to public ridicule while the manager just stands there.

CONSISTENTLY EXCELLENT! I have never had anything other than a great experience at this La Madeleine location - and my family, friends and I have been eating here for over 25 years! The serving staff always goes above an beyond to provide the utmost in hospitality, are very accommodation of all of our special requests, and are always very concerned that owe're happy with our dining experience in every way. I'm not saying they're perfect - but every time I've raised an issue, it's been promptly addressed with polite and genuine effort to make everything right. If only this level of quality and service were common - HARDLY!! But I am so glad that LA MADELEINE never disappoints. THANK YOU!!!

This is a smaller La Madeline, but the open lay out gives out a slightly spacious feel. Parking next to the store can be difficult to find, but there is the covered garage within walking distance. Does not have free wifi at this location

This is the worst La Madeleine I've ever been to. All three employees we encountered we're rude to us and looked completely miserable, one lady was just slamming things around like she was angry. It was over an hour until closing but the salad case looked horrible and very much less than appetizing. I had to send my tuna salad back because it reeked of rotten fish. I love tuna, so I definitely know when it doesn't smell right. And then the
rude employee rolled her eyes at me as
she took it back. All of the complimentary bread was hard as a rock. We will never
visit this restaurant again.

They have very very tasty things. A little too expensive, but worth it every once in a while. They have AWESOME desserts and great coffee.
Also, they often have free wifi so you can study there
