These guys are thieves! I took my car in for an inspection and before he even looked at my car, the mechanic said he couldn't pass me unless I buy new windshield wipers. My wipers are less than a year old and work perfectly. I scheduled with honda, took my car in for an appointment and they passed my inspection without needing new wipers.
