Please do NOT wash your car at this establishment and increase stress in your day.
I went for a car wash and detail today, and was told they were separate processes for a $8 difference. I was patient through a crowded lot. There was someone blocking the line of cars and after repeatedly asking for assistance fromthe clerk to clear it up so I can drive from the wash to detailing section, it took ten minutes just to be responded to. Additionally, I was told that there was only one person vacuuming and the wait for that would be an additional up to twenty more minutes. This is 30 mins for what is advertised as an "Express detail." I lovingly yet assertively asked for a refund, since I did not want to wait, and had I known in advance would not have done more than your basic wash. To which ensued back and forth argument. I was told the shine that everyone receives when washing the car was two dollars extra. After putting my foot down I asked for a fair refund, and before being brushed aside, was only given a partial one. Had this company been courteous, I would have left and brushed aside the wait time. However, the rudeness was icing on the cake. Poor business practices, dismissive, and disorganized.
