So many shoes at such a good price

Great mens selection of shoes. The womens shoes are Ok, but could use a little more variety. Still a great store.

The shoes and prices are very good. I have never had a problem
with the staff. They all seem to be very capable and helpful.
Everyone can have an off day and I can understand that when I see the mess that is made in that store by the customers.
I will always buy any shoes I need there. I have had dealings with Ms. Peoples NO problem.

I will not touch on the merchandise as they do not make it and have no control over what they sell, but they provide great customer service. Also, Ms. Peoples is 1) NOT the store manager and 2) Actually very nice, I am sure she did not mean to offend you. Every time I am there the associates are very nice and helpful, and their prices are great. They try to keep the store clean (its the thought that counts...) Long story short, love the store and will return as often as I need to.

This is the worst shoes store in Queens. I was treated very badly by the store manager Robin Peoples. She has a very bad attitude, she is not customer oriented, Ms. Peoples shouldn't be working with the public. I went to exchange a pair of shoes and she was very nasty to me, she told me she is not taking care of me because her employees was sending me to different lines. When I refuse to go because she told me she is not taking care of me. I will never shop in this store as long as Ms.Peoples is working there. Ms. Peoples is a supervisor but her employee at the time show more management skill than her,maybe she should step down from her current position.
