The service is terrible. Social worker Mary and Esther always on an offensive mode.
My mom is 79 years old, there has been no service for 3 days. Mary and Esther always call my mom and ask her to sign the papers in order for the aid to get paid. I have copies of those papers and they are complete fraud. Mary and Esther are never able to keep their promises. The two have no experience in working with customers. The agency often sends home health aids who have no documents, and sometimes they send people from the streets. Please read my review before make any decisions.
