Pretty standard buffet experience but the wait is ludicrous during dinner. Whatever time they tell you, double it and that will be a more accurate wait time. When they're really busy, the dishes do not get replenished fast enough and you'll end up picking through what's left if you're not quick.

Amazing food and good choices. Service is fine for me, I totally recommend this place. However, it gets crowded easily, which is probably expected for a great buffet

My best place to eat out.
Come. Eat full. Leave happy.
That's what happen to me, every time and I go there

One of my favorite buffets!! The sushi/sashimi selection here is bigggg and the quality of the fish is really good! They have small little bibimbap bowls that are super cute! For dinner they also offer oysters and clams and crab legs. They have a ramen/udon station. I've never tried the ramen cause I loveee the udon there! The flavor is great and I always ask for double the noodles in the bowl to get a better udon to soup ratio! The hot food section offers a variety of foods from fish, mussels, noodles, and different meats. They also have a salad section but none of them really ever interested me as I find it more worth it to fill my stomach up with the sushi rather than lettuce LOL
The dessert section is what you would typically find at other sushi/japanese buffets but it is still good nonetheless! They have a frozen yogurt machine and fruit section as well.
The wait for this place is usually reallly long during peak meal times and they only seat you if your whole party is present so make sure to be on time so your party doesn't wait on you. The price is fairly expensive so I generally only come during lunch.

I've been here 3 years at least 3 to 5 times a year for business dinner. Yesterday night (12/28) I went there with two business partners, and I'm so disappointed they started a new policy for "an hour and a half dinner time". They didn't let us know when we step in the restaurant, until one hour later the waitress told us EVERY CUSTOMER ONLY have "one hour and a half" to enjoy the dinner buffer. Also remind us we have 25 minutes left to finish the dinner! One of my business partner asked the waitress WHY only "one hour and a half", it's answer rude to us: "You have to understand dinner time is busy, a lot of customers waiting in line", right away point the finger want us to look outside many customers were waiting. How terrible!! the waitress remind us second time when we were still eating. The waitress came to the third time, drop a check and aggressively urged us to leave. One of business partner still eating TWO pieces of fruit got pissed off and argued with the waitress. We all pay the same price to enjoy the dinner, however we got treated so bad in services? What a stressful dinner buffer, 3 times reminder you need to eat faster. First of all, be upfront and fair to every customer value. IF that's the new dinner time policy~ VERY PLEASE to put a sign broad outside to notice the customer. Second, the food here used to be good, but now, all of it is bland, tasteless and worse. Last but not least, I will no longer be back with recommended any friend about the Mizumi restaurant.
