I was in the process of purchasing a home in Westfield, NJ in July and the home inspector discovered "suspect" spotting on the wood in the attic. They recommended I find a "certified" mold remediation company so I researched through the BBB and found Mr. Mold. I called an actually got a live person (3 other firms had answering machines) that was knowledgeable and courtesy. They came out within 48hrs and provided me with a free assessment which was very detailed. I ended up hiring them to perform the work and was very pleased with the end result.
