Celeste helped me online with what size I should buy. It was an easy experience and I purchased a dress I am expecting soon.
Edit: So, I got the dress and the size was completely off. I asked if I should purchase a size 4 instead of the size 2 so it fits my waist better. Thinking that since it was a strapless dress I should fit the dress to my bust, not my waist I was leaning towards the size 2. However, I asked Celeste about it and she said the size 4 would be fine. When I received the dress, the waist did fit yes, but the entire top was too big, you could see everything. I looked to exchange the dress for a different size and I end up finding that they don't do exchanges. The only way I could get the size I needed was to return the dress and go through the buying process again. In the end, I had to go through this whole mess, trying to alter the dress and such, because of a problem that could have been avoided if the lady just told me to buy the strapless dress in a size that fits my bust better.

Didn't deliver on the date they promised. Missed receiving my dress in time for a photo shoot and they tried to blame bad address on me but I've already purchased from them before. Same address.. ?

Apparently someone typing in the wrong address on their side became the customers fault for not receiving the dress.

Also they won't tell me that I can get a refund on the dress because they have to go through a review of what happened.. WOW...

I'm waiting guys for you to call and apologize for the situation.... because emails don't work with any response anymore

I especially like the measurements appearing with the size you select to ensure you ordered accurately. However, I wanted to change the color because my daughters feel another color would be match the season the wedding is in. Celeste fromy online live Chat was very helpful and kept me calm. It was my first order from this website and I loved it. May assisted me and she did fantastic job! I was not sure about the dress' colour and May kindly offered to get real photos for me. So she did! She emailed me pictures of dresses from same designer accomplished in same colour I was going to order. It helped me to make my mind and feel confident with the decision made. All way along May has been incredibly patient and helpful. Communication was easy, email responding quick, I cannot thank her enough for her job. Absolutely positive experience.
