Miss Master's Closet

I love this place... it's very welcoming of All and Everyone. I love Miss Masters aesthetics, she has a great eye for all things vintage. I would dare say, if you come to this store and don't feel like you've step into an old friends place by the way the staff treats you, You Should Check Yourself. I've witnessed Miss Masters go above and beyond for customers while I'm in there shopping. Keep it up Miss Masters!

I came in with a friend for the first time. We were a few steps in before the shop owner sarcastically yelled at my friend,"Would you mind closing MY door for me?" She had such attitude and was quite dismissive. Right as we were leaving she asked if we were looking for anything in particular. Umm, we're looking for chill businesses whose owners aren't assholes. We didn't stay for more than 2 minutes after. Some customer service 101 might do this shop some good. Taking my money elsewhere. Do not come into Bedstuy with this stank attitude.

Response to owner: How about just not making excuses for your rudeness? The customer is always right. You wrote in with excuse after excuse about your attitude. We were not in the store for 15 min, so don't lie. You should go to Peopleof2morrow sometime in Greenpoint-they have amazing staff, ambiance and the owner is ALWAYS friendly. Furthermore, I'd hardly call your finds steals at all.

Great vintage clothing store right by the train, with a well-curated selection. Mostly girls' clothes/accessories but also some great guys' clothes & ties; not the kind of place you'll have to sort through a lot of crap to find the good stuff. Friendly staff too!
