I had a technician named Lou that was able to come to my house on a Saturday. I was expecting about 6 guys to finish renovations on my apartment 2 hours later, when my kitchen faucet decided to quit. Lou not only fixed my faucet, but used the kit that I had purchased two days before, allowing me to pay only the service charge.
