I am so sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience with my company. I worked with you on this project, and I must say your envelopes were the most complicated envelopes I have ever handled. We could not print on them due to the self-seeling parchment paper attached to your envelopes. Our machine did destroy three of our envelopes, but your envelopes destroyed our machine for 2 days. We found pieces of your envelopes tangled in the roller of our copier. As for the excel file, I personally asked you if you were familiar with the format of excel, and you said, "Yes, of course I am," as if I offended you with my question. I shouldn't have assumed you knew what you were talking about. I would also just like to say we never did invitations for you, so I find it a little unfair for you to bluntly say, "Do not use them for Invitations." I am very sorry we couldn't not print on your self-sealing envelopes.

George and his team provided flawless service to my sister and I while we searched for engagement invitations. Very knowledgable and patient while providing to us. Their team was collaborative and very helpful with our needs. I highly recommend this outlet if you are looking for cooperative and informative staff.

I cannot speak for all minuteman press companies throughout Long Island but this one in Rockville Centre has got to be the worst experience ever. I warn you to not bring your wedding invitations here for they will find out some way to screw it up. I asked how they wanted the addresses and they said in a microsoft excel file/Spreadsheet file. Mind you they did not tell me how it should be formatted. They seem to have an assumption you already know that and try to charge you additional 25 bucks to format it correctly. Unacceptable. They go to print them and wrecked 3 envelopes. Thank God it was only that. They could not complete the printing job because its a self seal envelope and in today's world no one ever licks envelopes especially wedding ones. The machine tore the envelopes because of it, so my question is dont they know their machines and havent they encountered this issue with others before? They said its rare for it to happen but I have to say it was terrible how they acted after this failed printing job. Meanwhile I'm royally pissed about it and they look at me like im the jerk. No they are. Be more assertive and detailed when it comes to their business and lastly know your damn machines. Thanks for nothing Minuteman Press.
