I just left from getting a great hands on massage that relieved me and left me with joy and energy. Joy smoothed out the kinks, the knots and stiffness that was going on in my body. Absolutely loved it. Will be back. As a child care provider with lifting and bending and the cold weather this was a well needed relief to my body.
