I recently got my car inspected by another shop and was told there was a check engine light that had been cleared and the problem not fixed, as well as being charged nearly $800 for a service that I did not need. I took my car here thinking it would be fair an honest, but alas was played a fool. I highly suggest looking elsewhere when you need your Mini serviced

I went there no matter Mini is out of my budget, only because I LOVE that car. Everything was, let's say ok except few things, I couldn't believe that salesman Mike instructed me to pull vehicle out from garage. That wasn't professional but I like the car and it wasn't hard for me. Then I was given higher price for lease of cheapest car available than advertised price for more expensive car. In down payment they calculate $50 for gas. No way it would cost $50 and it is normal to get that for free when you buy new car. If you charge it, don't mention it. Anyway I was close to make decision no matter it is over my budget. But day after I got a call where Mike salesman was mentioning that he cannot sell me car if I am planning to move back to Syria. First of all I mentioned moving to in few weeks Ohio, as far as I know Ohio is in US, second I am blond very light skin from Serbia. If I am salesman and I have doubts about that, I wouldn't guess, I would ask for example like this: "You mentioned that you are planing to move in next period, if I may ask, where do you plan to move?". never ever assume anything, just ask, it is ok not to understand what someone is saying but it isn't ok to assume what someone said.

Had a good experience as first. But after paying $2.5k to have my Mini overhauled In June, I brought it back in October for a minor issue and they said there was severe rust in multiple areas that would cost $10k or more to repair, and that I should really just sell it for parts at this point. (And they were going to charge me $360 for diagnosing this). Bradley Johnson was unwilling to acknowledge that it was a bit unusual for them to charge me $2.5k for an overhaul and then, 4 months later, tell me the car was totaled due to rust.

Highly recommend Mini of Manhattan. I absolutely love the transparency of this location. I went in to trade my Mini for a new one. I didn't just want to give my car away. Gabriella Mauro was wonderful in ensuring that we worked out the numbers to ensure I wasn't giving my car away and staying within my budget. Unlike every other dealership that I have ever gone to, there was no running back to the Manager's office. Gabriella punched in the numbers into the computer and showed me the screen. I saw every possible scenario until we found one that worked for me.
The best part of my experience is that I received a beautiful Mini bag to go with my brand new car.
If you are looking for great customer service and someone who will listen to your needs, go see Gabriella. She will not disappoint.

All I can say is Excellent! The staff is so delightful and a pleasure to deal with. Their goal is to truly accommodate you to make everything run smoothly. I purchased my Mini at this location and I service my Mini here as well - I've always had a very pleasant experience - it's like visiting family and my car always looks brand new inside and out when I pick it up.. I highly recommend this dealership!! Fabulous car and amazing people!
