FRAUD! Do NOT shop here! The customer service is horrible and they will do anything to get your money and never issue you store credit. There are plenty of other shoe stores in the neighborhood that will give you MUCH better customer service and just as great or better shoes. Also, watch out for the “we prefer cash” because they’ll do anything to get your purchases off the books. I’ve never had a more rude experience in a retail store.

Beautiful trendy shoes that have NO durability at all. The management refused to fix/replace/refund the shoes that had obvious factory damage. After paying close to $400 for a pair of booties, I had to come back within a week to request hill replacement. When I came back again to request hill replacement (again within a month) I was rejected services. I have been a client for many years but no more.
