This is the BEST place for authentic Chinese lamb skewer in New York city. Their dipping seasonings is the bomb, and stays very true to the North eastern flavor of Chinese BBQ. Their lamb skewer has the perfect balance between fatty and lean meat. If you think you can handle the grill and crave lamb skewer. This is THE place for you.
In addition, they do have many authentic North Eastern Chinese cuisines on the menu. I would recommend some cold dishes and appetizer to go along with lamb skewer.
One down side about this place is the price and old decor. It is not cheap.
