Small (max. 20m2, bathroom included (!)) while advertised as 30m2. No (space for) table and chairs. Very shabby entrance hall and staircase. Shower broken, damaged shower hose. No batteries in remote for airco. Only 3 towels for 5 days (for 2 persons). No internet. No checkin but forced to go to the office of the agency 3 streets further. For this price you'd better rent yourself a hotel room.

I have booked these suites for few days but the experience is horrible. They were roaches in bath room. The problems that I encounter with this hotel were listed below. Read the all other reviews on internet before deciding yourself.
1. Never try to go to hotel for check-in after working hours. There is no receptionist at hotel this is apartment turned into so called 'suites’. No one pickup your phone and no one answer your voice messages left by you. I was waiting outside the building for 45 minutes (in December 1st week ...think of NY cold) at last, one hotel guest helped me to get inside.
2. Hotel does not have lift and if you have heavy items, pray for god to help you. Hotel room is so small and bed sheets and cloths are no good and lot of stains. I need to turn them reverse to use. They don't do house keeping...so no towels, no soaps nothing...you are your own.
3. Don’t fool by kitchen...there is a small stove and small freezer. No cutlery except few plates and one spoon and one fork.
4. No parking available at hotel. They suggested me to park at one garage next to the apt. One day parking cost 40 USD.
5. Internet is not free and connects some paid wifi service and charges 12 USD per day.
6. There is no furniture inside the suite except 2 stools.
Totally worst place to stay...by adding all above amounts you can stay in good hotel with good service. I suggest you all to think twice before booking these suits.
Best of luck!!!!

Okay, it's cheap. And clean. It's not substantially cheaper, or cleaner, I don't think, than the nearby Washington Square Hotel, though. Here's the thing: it's not really a hotel, it's an apartment building that's been repurposed. As such, there's no reception, just a list of phone numbers inside the door, so just getting inside involved standing out on the sidewalk, leaving voicemail messages, waiting for someone to come and let me in.
The room is not bad, sorta. Clearly, this is a new endeavor for them: the room smells as though contractors had been working on it until moments before I arrived. Apparently they didn't quite finish: there's a whirlpool bath, but it's not hooked up. There's an espresso maker, ditto. There's a TV sort of precariously balanced on an ottoman.
But while there are towels (two bath towels and a mat, period), there's neither soap nor shampoo, I had to go out to a Duane Reed and buy some. There's no shower curtain up yet. There's a roll of toilet paper, but there's nowhere to put it except on the back of the toilet.
Next to worst, there's no elevator. Dragging a bunch of heavy bags (since I'm just stopping over in New York for a couple of days on my way to a week in Berlin) up five flights of stairs is not a good way to start the weekend.
Worst, however, is that this arrangement leaves you with absolutely no way to leave bags for a few hours after you've checked out and until you're ready to leave for the airport. This essentially killed my Sunday here, since my flight out isn't until 9:45 pm, and I've got to be out of here by 11 or noon in the morning.
Not recommended. You may save some money, but you'll likely make up for it in general aggravation.
All in all, if Travelocity hadn't sucked the money out of my credit card in advance, I'd have found a more expensive, more real hotel.
