Some of the most caring people in the industry and long island. Went there by chance when a local bike shop was closed and met tony on the first day. His experienced shined thru and I was able to get a bike that I totally became hooked on. With in a month I got another, in 6 months another, next year another [you get the idea]. You get what you pay for. In this industry knowledge, courtesy, and experience is priceless. I continue to buy from them because of it and because at the end of the day Tony, Chris, Audrey, Barry and the entire staff always continue to impress! Thank you for everything!

I purchased my first bike at my local bike shop in Queens, but when it came to purchasing more accessories and apparel, they were a bit lacking so I decided to visit Mineola Bike. They had a HUGE selection of everything i was looking for and more. The sales team were very helpful and what i really liked was that the people selling you the bikes are actual riders who compete and or ride frequently. Many stores only sell bikes, this store really has a great team of people who know bikes.
I've always had a great experience going there along with their talented and friendly mechanics. Eventhough they are located a bit away from where I am, I ended up purchasing a brand new premium level bike from them, because I was always treated very well and knew that if anything went wrong, they would stand behind their customer and I have never been disapppointed. The owner of the shop is very reasonable and understanding of your needs and therefore I recommend this shop to all my friends, and they too agree this is the best shop they've been to.

This is a great, family owned shop that's been around for many years and many more to come. The first bike I bought with my own money as a kid was here, and I'm proud to say I continue to call it my local shop; even after moving out of Mineola! With its dedicated, knowledgeable and friendly staff, I would recommend anyone here in the market for a new bike or service. Plus they're so much more than just a bike shop!

I couldn't say enough great things about this shop! They go above and beyond for their customers. I had a problem with my fork which was a manufacturer default and they had a new fork shipped over night for me and had me racing that weekend! What other shop would do that for their customers?
They also give back so much to the riding community with their bicycle club rides every week. I wouldn't go any else for sales or service!
