Mimi-Hair Braiding

They braided my hair so tight, and pulled out my hair! All the workers talk about their customers. They're continuously on their phones so unprofessional. Do not go there. Never again.

Service was great and everyone was kind and respectful. I've been there a few times and I didn't have to wait they got started with me right away. My box braids were nice and neat and I would definitely go back again.

I have gone to Mimi's for years
I have made my last trip today. I showed a picture how I wanted my goddess braids. Fatima didn't even do them correctly after parting my hair for 45 minutes. Oh, BTW 6 goddess braids 3 hours not done right. She proceeded to pin them up even though the picture had them down. I told her if she were unsure she should have asked. Then proceeded to talk about me in her language which I called her out on. My daughters and I have gone there for over 15 years not anymore.

I have been to MiMi's twice and the 2nd time I waited a long time but I needed my hair done. Plus i showed up late like 11:30a. Both times i was treated nice and fair. I saw other customers were fussy. But u can't make everyone happy!!That's my two cents.

My braiding experience @ MiMi's the 1st time some years ago, I was not pleased. I just recently got my hair braided 2 mos. ago, and I am still getting compliments on my hair saying it looks like I just got it done. I have no complaints, I was in & out. As soon as you walk in the door, MiMi greets you, and I was in the chair immediately. It also depends on what type of hair you get.
