Horrible. Called over the phone for a check up, they checked my information and gave me an appointment. When I get there, find out there's an $80 from 3 years ago and cannot do my check up until my balance was paid. First, they could have told me over the phone. Second, they were billing the wrong address for years with not one phone call to me. Third, they could have called my insurance to get my correct address. Finally and most importantly, my insurance 100% covered that appointment. Very unmanaged and unorganized. Could have done so many things to prevent this now and years ago instead of horribly embarrassing me in front of the other clients.

Yet one more reason not to enjoy going to the dentist. My wife and I just had one of the worst dental experiences of our lives. After consulting our insurance company and looking on Google to check and seeing favorable reviews. I decided to call Miller Dental Arts and make an appointment for my wife to get "EXAMINED" for a crown that needed to be repaired. Being that her insurance needed to approve any crown repair we were not expecting any "WORK" to be done today.
I was told by the brisk receptionist that yes they did take our insurance and that they would have to submit a request for the crown repair and it should take 4 - 6 weeks for the insurance to approve or deny the request. So I was noticeably concerned when my wife returned home with her face all shot up with novocaine and three new fillings.
ALL PERFORMED WITHOUT HER CONSENT!!!!!
According to my wife she explained that she just had her teeth cleaned last week and did not need anything done except for the crown to be approved. My wife said they took some XRAYS and then Bradley Miller DDS just started injecting her with Novocain and started filling. My wife was not even sure if this was covered by insurance all she was told was yea yea yea its covered and kept right on filling.
When I called and asked about this, I was told by the irate receptionist that my wife had given her consent to the work and that it was covered under our insurance. When I place the receptionist on speaker phone with my wife and I explaining to her that NO SHE DID NOT GIVE ANY CONSENT the receptionist became increasingly hostile and then HUNG UP ON US.
We are now contacting our attorney .

When I had my dental appointment with Dr. Miller, he was very caring, and informative throughout the entire experience. Dr. Miller effectively communicated each step in the process, when I had my cavity filled. Brad's calm demeanor and gentle touch made me feel relaxed during the procedure. I was in and out of the office in less than an hour. My overall experience was fantastic! I go to Dr. Miller for all of my dental visits. I highly recommend Dr. Miller to anyone in need of any dental work.

Dr. Bradley Miller is the Best dentist I have been to hands down!!!! I dread going to the dentist because my teeth are so sensitive. Every dentist I have been to has left me with severe pain when leaving the office but not this one. I was extremely comfortable. Dr. Bradley and his staff made me feel right at home. I just want to add, I am currently six months pregnant and I just received a route canal and fill-in's, I did not feel a thing!!!!!!! Plus, they accept medicaid. Just finished all my dental work. My teeth look and feel great! I strongly recommend Miller Dental Arts in West New York, NJ!
See you in six months, Dr. Miller.
