Very good service

Fixed my transmission here, it lasted 5 blocks, I had to come back after words took me all day, not recommended

The place is SCAM. Do NOT go there. These guys lack of trust. Empty promises, excuses. Money paid but they never attempted to fix problem I was coming to the place for 8 weeks (!) to fix with no success. As it turned out it was a simple problem with failed transmission range sensor. I was leaving the car with them and come personally. Oleg is the Russian-speaking owner was busy all the time fixing to car-service vehicles in first priority. Every day he was promising to start work with with my car. Never happen. When the my car was in his possession he've got a street cleaning parking ticket for $40 (see uploaded ticket picture), which hided from me. After four weeks of delaying the job he send me to his friends at another transmission place. Those guys rip of $100 and gave me a paper receipt, but never fixed a problem. After 8 weeks of empty promises I brought my car to a another mechanic. The new guy diagnosed a problem and ordered a replacement part. The computer clearly stated the "The Range Sensor fault". The problem was fixed in an hour.

Wow! I am very impressed with their honesty and attitude (particularly Oleg and Zhenya). I had potentially dangerous and very annoying problems with my car and had been delaying dealing with them because of the lack of money. Finally I couldn't delay anymore and was dreadful that it would be a choice between paying rent or fixing my car. What a nice surprise I got! They found that the cause was minor (in terms of cost, but requires an expertise to find out) and charged me the actual and fair price. Because I don't know much about cars and was panicky I was very vulnerable and I greatly appreciate their integrity because now I'll pay my rent in time and feel happy. This is the place I'll bring my business any time, even for major repairs and I highly recommend it (I got to them by recommendation of a friend as well).

I thought my transmission was gone, but it was only a cv axle. Oleg (the owner) was honest about it and got my car to me the SAME DAY. Usually however, there is a long line to get your car fixed. That's because the locals only trust Oleg and bring the car to him.
