Terrible customer service. I went to Millennium for a paint consultation and custom blinds. The blinds took over a month before they were delivered, and I had to call Millennium to get information on the status of my order. When the blinds finally arrived, they were the wrong color. Now I am waiting over a month (again) for the correct blinds without a peep from these people. When I went to visit them in person on a Saturday, (they're NEVER available on the phone, evidently) they were CLOSED. ON A SATURDAY. I can't imagine an explanation for the fact that this place is still around, except, maybe, that they're a front for the mafia.
