I've experienced 3 bounced checks from Millenium-George therefore, is but a CROOK.
2 checks were made out to my name, so I was charged a fee when they bounced.
The third was an e-check to the department of finance, for summonses on my car. I was even provided with a printed transaction confirmation, only to later receive a "parking summons COLLECTIONS" notice from the department of finance.
