I ordered 3 months of ice cream for my dad as a gift. He received the first month and never received the other two orders. I have tried to email Milk Made Ice Cream 3 times and have not received a reply. I would like my dad to get the two months owed to him or I would appreciate a refund. You have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I would be willing to suffer miserably through life; if I knew that a bucket of "vanilla ice cream" from milkmade is awaiting me in heaven....

(Please take me to the promised land of "milkmade" and honey...)

Ps. When I was there on a cold Sunday afternoon, the owner trained in new employees, so everything was super slow, so if you encounter in inconsistencies in service please remember this place is a gift to humankind... (and a mom and pop shop) And be kind.
