I am appalled to the UNPROFESSIONAL assistance i recieved when calling a few minutes ago. The person who answered the phone barely allowed me to finish my statement whe said , "hold on , wrong office" and transfered me to an extention that went to voicemail. I called again, and no one answered until calling three different times to have the same unproffesional person behind the phone , say their was no one availabe at the office to assist me with information on my daughters school bus. UNREAL! I believe pre-schoolers can do a better job!
