Mile Square Physical Therapy

Mile Square Physical Therapy has provided me with exceptional care, when I really needed it most. I highly recommend working with this group of talented vibrant individuals!

I attended pre-surgical physical therapy for my hip issue, and now I am in the early stages of my post-surgical physical therapy after having had arthroscopic hip surgery. Having been misdiagnosed for five-years, I have been to physical therapy four different times in three different states. By far, this is the most effective experience I have had in terms of feeling better, being able to communicate my needs, and get my questions answered.

I honestly believe the strength training moves Kim Salzer taught me perform were crucial to my overall core stability and mobility post-surgery. Kim makes understanding the reason behind performing the exercises clear. It is always a straightforward explanation about how performing the exercise with good form will ultimately lead to resolving pain in a certain area. In my experience, direct clear explanations like what Kim offers, is hard to find in a physical therapy organization.

Betty, the Front Desk Manager is organized, thoughtful, and has an excellent sense of humor which is complimentary to the other staff members and patients. Betty handles my insurance details, creates my therapy appointments, and emails me all of my receipts. She is courteous and always follows through with what she says she is going to do, which is a major asset in the human health services industry.

While the atmosphere is therapy focused, the social banter amongst patience and staff allows for plenty of entertaining conversation for me to ignore my pain while working through my exercises. Healing, I think is easier when you have a social experience and funny people encouraging you along the way.

Overall, I am feeling much stronger and aware of improving my core strength, thanks to Kim and all of the staff at Mile Square Physical Therapy in Clifton, New Jersey.

When one needs physical therapy, it is an indication that something is not quite right with ones body and help is needed. I found myself in that position and was fortunate enough to find you. I could not have found a more professional and encouraging staff who treated me with smiles and friendly banter which made the "medicine" go down so easily. I know that I may need you again in the future and I know I will be in good hands.

Exceptional staff. I've been going there on and off for various sports injuries for the past three years. I'm always amazed at how Marc can zero-in on exactly where the problem is, shows me & ha me do various modalities, and manually treats the problem. The facility is connected to a NYSC,. I highly recommend anyone that is looking for a physical therapist to call these guys!

I went to Mile Square Physical Therapy for a shoulder injury that required surgery. Every member of the Mile Square team (doctors, assistants, office staff) was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. The doctors share their knowledge with you and provide a work out plan and guidance, so you can continue your recovery even after the formal physical therapy is over. Everyone is also really friendly and nice. They even offered to pick me up at my house when I couldn't drive after the surgery. The recovery process is months long for this type of surgery, and I was so glad I had them on my side to help me get through it. My shoulder is doing great. I highly recommend them. They are the best!!!!!

I had disc hernia, two of them at once. I had epidural steroid shot into my spine. I was referred to Miles Square by my regular doctor and it became one of greatest experiences and people I have ever met. I was skeptical about whole PT idea, thought it was just lots of sit ups, stretching, boring and can do at my home stuff. I was wrong. Dr. Rombaldi gave me an excellent review of what's going on in my spine and nerve running through legs and effect. Stretching and posture awareness is true eye opening development. He and his assistant Chris, front clark Betty is one of nicest people you can ever meet in NJ. This practice is a part of New York Sports Club and I switch to it from the other because of them.
I highly recommend to anyone who seeks PT and serious life make over.
