I went here for a number of years until I moved. Although the staff is very courteous and very professional, you often have to wait a long time to make a physical appointment (about 1.5-2 months). However, they do send you a postcard to remind you to make your appointment. Appointments here are brief and to the point. Dr. Glezen-Schneider is nice enough, but not verbose. You need to make a point of asking questions to get the information you need, or she will assume you understand your illness and how to care for it.
