If you're looking for terrible customer service, this is the place to go.
I had been a repeat customer since July 2009, with satisfactory results except my most recent trip from January 2015 to February 2015, where I was blatantly lied to about a door replacement on my 2002 Ford Mustang.
Upon picking my Mustang up the 1st time, I noticed parts (specifically, the driver's interior door handle) were incorrectly installed & gave them the Mustang back to correct. ANYBODY who checks their work prior to calling a customer would notice this. It was an entirely different color.
Upon my 2nd time picking the Mustang up, the door handle was fixed but after a brief test drive, I feel air coming through the door; I was shocked to find that there was ZERO weatherstripping on the door. None.
It's clear to me now that either nobody checked the quality of the work again, or they simply thought I was too stupid to notice & would take the Mustang back anyway.
I leave the Mustang again for a 3rd time, and after 3 additional weeks, I finally get it back.
It's clear to me that the owner of this business only cares about the high-dollar project cars & cuts corners on places he thinks he can get away with.
I will never go back again & I find it appalling that a loyal customer would be treated in such a way.
