Mike's Heavy Duty Towing

The worst! I work for a school bus company, I'm a mechanic mind you, but if I can't fix it, Mike's can take anytime up to 4 hrs to get there! Anything under 2 is a miracle! Worst part? Their dispatch Dept doesn't know anything...?

Mike's has been great with us. A lot of people leaving bad reviews seem to blame the tow company for the fact that they had a bad day.

Never.
Never take any deal with this company.
I will tell you story:
I got some problems on highway and I should make a call to them, and they told me when I asked them:
-can you please town me?
And he answered to me
-What??? Tow? You? Get out it is your problem! Don't call me
And I called to 911, explain to them situation and they promise send to me anybody.
And you know what?) in 4 hours this stupid company come to me!!!!!!!
Can you believe???
And they crashed 1245$ plus tax for little bit distance!!!!!!!!!!!
But now I will go to the police and they should start some investigations because it is a fraud!!!
People believe me!!!
Do anything but don't call them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What is NYPD doing not throwing the owner of this business in jail? Not only he charged my wife regardless of being paid by AAA, but he double-charged my wife: swiped the same charge twice! Now not only we have to deal with the pain in the ass of repairing the car, but also with the pain in the ass of calling the bank to refuse to honor this charge. How can fraudsters like him being allowed to operate a business? Why is law protecting a criminal and a thug like Mike?

Worse towing company I called to get towed I guessed they didn't want to work because they Kept sending me from number to number at last the dispatcher joe gave me one of the worse attitudes ever .. Unprofessional unreliable !!!! They can tow of the highway that's why I called them ... I always use jets ! Way better services than these assholes !
