Miette recently hosted an event for an import client group and me. The event was fantastic. The chef and his pastry chef made it a point to ensure that everyone learned the nuances of classic cooking, but they also made it a blast. I highly recommend this studio.

This little gem is like a secret thimble-full of the French countryside circa 1854, in the middle of Greenwich Village circa some horrible time. The cooking classes are bar-none, and it makes a great venue for intimate private events. I want to throw a tea party there!
