The scheduling was efficient, the receptionist was very friendly, the wait was less than 15 minutes, and the radiologist went through such great lengths to make sure I was comfortable. I ended up taking a nice 20-minute nap during the MRI and they even gave me helpful information on how to deal with my insurance. It was fairly quiet in the morning, so maybe the trick is to schedule early in the day.

The wait time is very long. They gave me an appointment time, got there and waited for more than an hour to be called in
