First trip there the valet would not allow me in because I didn't want him to park my car. I gave it another shot and called to set up a party of 20 plus people. I Told them from the beginning that I was looking to spend in the $1000 + range. I guess the management would rather have 100 people only spending $20 in the evening. I called every two days trying to book this party . I never received a call back from management to book a reservation. I wish I read all these negative post prior to calling. Palisade mall "the yardhouse" 160 draft beers for those looking for a better managed place. The foods better, it's twice the size and a way better selection of beer.

Would have like to parked my own car. Absolutely no need to wait for a valet. Parking lot is 20 feet away. Long wait time to get car. Understaffed. But again. No need to have a valet. Did not tip due to long wait time to get my farm I should have parked across the street.

I went there with my friends and we spent the whole time having to deal with drunks and creeps. yes that happens when you go out but bars and restaurants have a responsibility to not serve drinks. Guys were getting handsy and I showed that I was obviously not interested in their unwanted attention. The bouncers that were a few feet away did not do anything about it, pigs. Then later that night a group of drunk women "accidentally" spilled her drink on my friend (it was obvious that she threw it for no reason) again bouncers did nothing, they were too busy on their phone. I asked the women if they apologized and if they could back away from our stuff. The one pushed me and started a fight. Only then the bouncers decided to do their job. They kicked my friends and I out. They wouldn't listen to what we had to say. They are lucky I'm not pressing charges. This place only cares about making money. I highly suggest if you're a young woman don't go there.

This place sucks. We got here at 7pm on 1/16/16. We are a group of 6. We were told a 45 minute wait. At this moment at 9:37pm I am sitting at Bennigans across the street. Half my group is here, the other half went home. The manager didn't care.
Oh, we got here at 7. I am in a nice blue Polo shirt. We left got a drink at bennigans. We went back at 8:23. They made me and my girl friend and a buddy pay $5 each as a cover. Really?
Please please please have a manager email me. I am in customer service in my own family owned small business. This is not how you treat customers.
I live locally and will NEVER come back here.

I live in the area so this would have been a great place to frequent. But, not after the night I had last week. I had been here before with my husband because he enjoys the great selection of beers (a plus). It is a new place which needs to iron out a few kinks regarding the food. The first time I was here we ordered the zeppole for dessert. They arrived raw on the inside. No biggie, we sent them back. The next time we were here the bacon appetizer was under cooked and super fatty. Sent back. But nothing will top the night I had last week. My friend and I arrived to be greeted by a clueless hostess. There was no one in the restaurant itself and she wanted to seat us in a cramped table. I asked to be seated at a booth near the bar area. She said she had to "check" ok......strike one. The waiter arrived sick as a dog wiping his nose with his hand. My friend and I commented to him that he looked so sick. He then told us that he was, and that the manager (Hopper/Hooper) (I can't remember which name.) would not let him go home because they were short staffed. He proceeded to LEAN on our table to take our order! We then had to wait 20 minutes for our drinks which I had to get up and get myself. While the waiter stood around at the bar looking at his phone. Finally got our drinks and sat down. We wanted some water, and the waiter was no where to be found. My friend then had to get up and go to the bar to get us two waters. I then got up and asked the clueless hostess that I wanted to speak to the manager. (Hooper/Hopper) Then came over and I explained the situation to him. That I had been here before with my husband, and was not satisfied with anything that was happening that night. The little snot nose then has the nerve to say to me "Boy, you come here a lot for someone who doesn't like the place) I nearly lost it. He was arrogant and condescending to me. The biggest jerk. TOTALLY unprofessional. Who says things like that to a paying customer?? I then told him to his face that I was going to write a super negative review on Yelp... Regaining my composure I suggested that he comp us our drinks. Which he did. I am never returning to this place. They obviously do not care about their customers. My husband has been bringing clients here to try their beer selections...well, guess what.. Not anymore! There are many other restaurants in the area that we can spend my hard earned money on. Oh, and the ridiculous valet parking is a huge turn off. ps. You also cannot order food at the bar. (what???) idiots.
